Good to see Annie Hall, Citizen Kane, Eternal Sunshine, etc. get their props...Still, kind of a goofy list. I love Star Wars, but is it really one of the 100 best screenplays ever written? (Better than Empire, to boot?) As Harrison Ford said to George Lucas..."You can write this sh--, but you can't say it."

Well, for American movies off the top of my head, I'd name Vertigo, Citizen Kane, Double Indemnity, Taxi Driver, Chinatown, Blazing Saddles, Network, Reservoir Dogs, The Graduate, and Beyond the Valley of the Dolls.
What are your choices?

Top of my head? Citizen Kane, Annie Hall, Eternal Sunshine, Miller's Crossing, Brazil, Amadeus, The Godfather, Reservoir Dogs, Bridge on the River Kwai, Glengarry Glen Ross, Fargo, Malkovich, Fight Club, Mr. Smith goes to Washington. (Subject to change...and do adapted screenplays count? They seem to on the Top 100 list.)
